1. Information on the Processing and Protection of Personal Data
1.1 The protection of your personal data is very important to us; therefore, we always act in accordance with applicable legal regulations and international standards.
1.2 In connection with the adoption of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), effective from 25 May 2018, which applies to the processing of your personal data by our company Atelier Fabrics s.r.o., Company ID No. 09105344, with its registered office at Vinohradská 2165/48, 120 00 Prague 2, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague under file no.
C 330488 (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or “we”), we hereby provide you with a summary of basic information regarding the processing and protection of your personal data by the Company.

2.1 The personal data we process about you, the scope of which varies depending primarily on the purpose and services provided:
2.1.1 For the purpose of concluding and administering a contract and fulfilling delivery

- Company name, Company ID / VAT ID, registered office (if you are a business entity)
2.1.2 For the purpose of improving our services and offers

- Data on your purchasing behaviour and use of our services, such as the date, price, and name of purchased products, including related communication with you

2.2 We obtain personal data primarily directly from you (especially when concluding a contract and during the contractual relationship) and also based on your visits to our website (see the cookies section below).
3. How We Use Your Personal Data
3.1 We use your personal data primarily for the following purposes:
- concluding a contract and fulfilling your order;
- communication with you and administration of our contractual relationship;
- analysis, evaluation, and improvement of our customer services;
- handling your complaints and claims;
- fulfilling our legal obligations; and
- with your consent, informing you about changes and news regarding our products and services and our personalised offers.
3.2 Where necessary for the conclusion and performance of a contract, for the protection of our legitimate interests related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, based on your consent, or where permitted by law while safeguarding your rights, we use technologies, in particular for the creation of customer profiles for the purposes stated above.
3.3 We retain your personal data only for as long as one of the above processing purposes exists, and thereafter only for the period and under the conditions required by applicable legal regulations.
3.4 If consent is granted for marketing purposes (including any profiling for the purpose of offering suitable goods and services and processing cookies), this period is [5] years from the granting or renewal of consent. - it is necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract with you;
- it is necessary to comply with our legal obligations (e.g. accounting and tax obligations);
- it is necessary for the protection of our legitimate interests (e.g. in connection with the enforcement of contractual claims or analysis and improvement of our services).
4.2 With your consent, we may process your personal data for marketing purposes, i.e. offering our products, informing you about news or other commercial communications, by sending emails and using personalised marketing and remarketing. 5.1 We may disclose your personal data to:
- service providers who provide services related to our activities, in particular carriers, payment intermediaries, persons assisting us with contract administration and the handling of your claims, or those who print and deliver documents;
- other entities in accordance with applicable legal regulations (e.g. tax authorities, law enforcement authorities in criminal investigations).
5.2 Your personal data may be transferred and stored within the countries of the European Economic Area (“EEA”), which are considered to provide a comparable level of personal data protection as the Czech Republic, as well as to entities located outside the EEA and providers of information or other services.
6. What Are Your Rights
6.1 In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have in particular the following rights:
- the right to clear, transparent, and understandable information about how we use your personal data and what your rights are;
- the right of access to personal data and additional information related to their processing by the Company;
- the right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
- the right to erasure of your personal data, in particular if (I) they are no longer necessary for further processing; (II) you have withdrawn your consent; (III) you have legitimately objected to their processing; (IV) they have been processed unlawfully; or (V) they must be erased under legal regulations;
- the right to restriction of processing if (I) you contest the accuracy of the data; (II) the processing is unlawful; (III) we no longer need the data but you require them for legal claims; or (IV) you have objected to processing pending verification of overriding legitimate grounds;
- the right to object to the processing of your personal data where processed (I) for direct marketing purposes or (II) for legitimate interests;
- the right to data portability;

7. How We Protect Your Personal Data
7.1 To ensure the security and confidentiality of your personal data, we implement technical and organisational measures to protect against unauthorised access and misuse, ensure IT system security, and enable data recovery in case of incidents. Where appropriate, we use encryption. All measures are regularly reviewed and updated.
7.2 Personal data are processed manually and electronically in information systems subject to physical, technical, and procedural controls. We apply technical, organisational, and personnel security measures and require the same level of protection from our processors.
